• Therapy & Consulting Services

    We provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and adults. We work diligently to establish a strong therapeutic relationship that will create a space for hope, growth and ultimately achievement of therapeutic goals. We utilize a strengths-based approach integrative therapy which includes cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR therapy , DBT therapy and other modalities to help you reach your goals.

    Hope and Thrive offers consulting services for individuals who are looking to THRIVE in the 8 areas of wellness: physical, emotional, financial, intellectual, occupational, social, environmental & spiritual. This is recommended for someone who is ready to be challenged, held accountable while being celebrated every step of the way.

  • Clinical Supervision Services

    Supervision

    Hope and Thrive offers supervision services to Social Workers who hold a Masters Degree and are in need of professional supervision to obtain their full license through their local licensing board or fully licensed Master’s prepared Social Workers who are looking for ongoing peer support and supervision as they expand their experiences in the field. Supervision cost $50/hour
