    • OngoingSessions: Depending on needs, sessions may be weekly or biweekly. Each session involves talking, activities, or learning new coping skills.
    • ProgressReviews: Every few sessions, we review progress and adjust goals or strategies. Parents are kept informed as agreed.
    • Achieving Goals: Overtime, the teen learns new coping skills and gains confidence to handle challenges. The therapy journey is guided by the teen’s pace.
